Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for Senior Project Coordinator in Charleston, SC. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to support the Network Security (NS) IPT Operations Management efforts. This position corresponds with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) to provide leadership, timely information management support, documentation, and deliverables to efficiently accomplish the mission of NS projects.

Responsibilities:
* Manages process initiatives to align with long-term organizational strategy.
* Responsible for requirements development, project planning, project execution, project sustainment/monitoring, and controlling projects within budget and within scope.
* Provide proper leadership and consultation in issue resolution.
* Aid in internal Process Learning initiatives.
* Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure project success, including successful integration of projects and their dependencies.
* Deliver timely status reports that identify and escalate risks and issues to leadership when they are encountered and aid in successful mitigation, where possible.
* Interface with engineers to evaluate customer and operational needs to help define and coordinate system requirements and technical parameters.
* Monitor progress toward project deliverables and milestones, including managing deadlines, monitoring, and summarizing progress of project and preparing project reports for senior leaders.
* Manages distributed teams to ensure goals are accomplished.
* Monitor and report various project(s) and communicate updates to leadership regularly.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Technical Training in Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMP certified.
* Experience: Eight (8) years of hands-on experience with managing projects, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (e.g., federal, state, or local) leadership in DoD C4ISR Acquisition Programs and Projects.
* Specific experience: Project planning, scope definition and work breakdown structure creation, performance baseline creation with associated baselines for cost, schedule, and scope; Risk Identification, Management, and Analysis; Project Scheduling; tracking project planned versus actual execution; measuring against milestones and performance baselines; and project and resource forecasting.

Pay rate: $36.06+ an hour to align with experience and education

Schedule:PART TIME

Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite
