About this opportunity

MillerKnoll's Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that provides a 100% real-world experience for students early in their careers. Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

As an IT Delivery Analyst Intern, you will focus on supporting the delivery of IT projects, including business analyst support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with system testing.

  • Support IT Projects: Provide support on various IT and technology projects by assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Technology Research: Conduct research on new and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
  • System Testing: Participate in the testing of software and hardware systems to ensure they meet business requirements and function properly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to support technology initiatives.
  • Reporting: Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations based on technology performance data.

What You Bring
The needed skills and experience for this role include...

  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts, data analysis, testing, and technology trends
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge or ERP project coordination and management
  • Good communication skills for reporting technical findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Technology Management, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the US and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or withoutaccommodations
