The right candidate to join our FSS team can demonstrate the following competencies: embrace digital transformation, diverse and inclusive collaboration, strategic and analytical thinking, adaptability and growth mindset, and clear and impactful communication.

Role Summary:

This position will support our CSI business units (Commercial Strategy and Innovation Group), specifically MomentimRx and Macro Helix.Responsible for invoicing activities, account reconciliations, reporting, data analysis, manage and track banking and payment activity, customer disputes, SOC audits, and other administrative duties.Communicate and coordinate with internal and external business partners. This role is also responsible for continuous process improvement and should be able to identify and implement opportunities. 3-5 years' experience in billing. Customer service experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships with customers/business partners.

General Responsibilities

  • Drive operational maturity by identifying automation and self-service capabilities with a focus on enterprise-oriented solutions
  • Work well in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that work is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Review and interpret fee portion of contracts to ensure billings are created according to terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Processing Billing documents, workflow review and approvals.
  • Ensure all billing calculations are accurate and timely
  • Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data from a variety of accounting sources, including Architect, SalesForce.com, SAP, etc. and to drive consolidated analyses and reporting.
  • Proactively seek ways to continuously improve processes to achieve greater efficiencies and better controls.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders to provide month end close reports, ad hoc request, special projects, and providing actionable insight for strategic decision-making.
  • Work to facilitate business problem solving and present hypotheses and recommendations
  • Able to exercise independent judgment related to researching and resolving issues related to customer billings.
  • Identify and communicate best practices and/or opportunities to strengthen controls

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training

4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience

Business Experience

  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in specific roles/experiences needed, or any combination.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to ensure accuracy in financial reconciliation.
  • Architect experience is a plus
  • Salesforce.com is a plus
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Accountability
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, detailed
  • Six Sigma experience is a plus

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$61,400 - $102,400
