Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00a to 4:30p

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting assembly line machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires manual dexterity, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work within established procedures to meet production targets.

Work You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment

  • Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to install, assemble, and sub-assemble components

  • Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specified tolerances and operational requirements

  • Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods

  • Monitor product quality, identify defective items, and re-manufacture or discard faulty products

  • Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process improvements as needed

Team:
This role is part of our Manufacturing Operations team, contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred

  • Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related manual work

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment

  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team

  • Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

  • Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as required
