Description

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2026 Real Estate Development Intern at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team while participating directly in the real estate development process. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain direct exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate development projects.



Position Specifics:



  • Full-Time over the Summer
  • Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Report on project costs, project schedule variance, and recovery options.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on multifamily housing developments.



  • Draft and distribute consultant proposals to support project planning.



  • Prepare and send Will Serve, Access, and Zoning request letters to relevant stakeholders.



  • Assist with early-stage project reconnaissance, including impact fee assessments, code reviews, and desktop research.



  • Provide general administrative support to the Development team on various project-related tasks and initiatives.





Skills for Success:



  • Junior or senior level student in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, or related program
  • Interest in a career in real estate development
