We are now accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Internship Program, a 9-week immersive experience running from June 1, 2026 to July 30, 2026 - on-site at our Lenexa, KS corporate office.

What You'll Experience:

Interns at CommunityAmerica receive a well-rounded experience that showcases the inner workings of a financial institution, while contributing to projects that directly impact our members and community. You'll also take part in:

Lunch & Learns - Deep dives into credit union operations and strategy
• Volunteer Events - Give back to the Kansas City community
• Executive Roundtables - Engage with senior leadership
• Social Events - Connect with fellow interns and build lasting friendships
• 1:1 Mentoring - Personalized guidance from experienced professionals
