We are currently hiring a Frame Picking Clerk.

Location: Columbia, IL

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

What you'll do:

• Order replacement product daily to maintain frame inventory minimums

• Receives all incoming frames into DVI
• Cycle count all frame inventory per SOP.
• Work with vendors for Eye on Safety Kits to ensure we obtain the best price and frame selection possible; order and distribute kits and cases; maintain a log of all kits sold.
• Responsible for making sure that frame pricing in DVI and new frame patterns are correct and up to date.
• Responsible for running and distribution of weekly and month end reports.
• Process all merchandise returns
• Communicate with customers (via email / phone) when product has been back ordered or out of stock
• Responsible for reconciling the VSP, VCP, and VBA invoices once they are received and working closely with the Accounting department when issues arise with the invoices and packaging slips

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in an optical production role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
