The Manager, Contract Administration oversees the full lifecycle of commercial contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, managing contract staff, and supporting strategic business initiatives through effective contract negotiation, execution, and monitoring. The position will support field sales and partner closely across internal departments to support the North America sales teams by providing accurate and timely contract support. Working with Sales Leadership, the incumbent will oversee negotiation of Sales Contract terms and conditions with major purchasing groups and health care organizations, collaborating with Legal and Finance as appropriate. The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing and coordinating the efforts of the Contract Administration team, and maintaining positive, timely, and effective communications between the group and all internal constituents and external customers and accounts. Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
