Position SummaryThe individual in this position will work under the supervision of the Supervisor and will conduct activities in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards. In addition to Shipping Specialist II responsibilities this person will handle major tasks and special projects. Work with other departments and the Shipping Specialist Lead in tracking and locating issues and communicating with other departments to fix problem signs and games. Scheduling inbound RMA truck shipments. Shipping orders, picking orders and processing other paperwork. Training and/or Experience * 3-5 years shipping/ general warehouse experience. * Forklift experience. * Inventory experience and knowledge of Oracle and other systems. QualificationsSkills and Abilities * Able to work independently and help direct a team. * Monitor and help adjust processes or equipment for quality and productivity. * Ability to schedule, plan, and coordinate all activities pertaining to the movement of games and signs. * Quality driven and detail-oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional results. * Self-directed and able to set consistent priorities on a daily basis.
