Skilled Trades/IT Sourcer Recruiter Herndon, VA (remote/hybrid) Pay From: $40.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Skilled Trades and IT Sourcer Recruiter 2-5 years sourcing/recruiting experience in the government contracting space. Experience in high volume recruiting Required Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS preferred. Experience sourcing/recruiting for Federal Agency customers is highly desired. Experience recruiting skilled trades with high volume required such as protective services, facilities maintenance, logistics, IT etc. Experienced in finding candidates that are not on job boards and finding candidates by using social media Must be technology savvy with demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications (Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP requirements required 2 + years managing job posting process 2+ years putting out offer letters, required 2+ years managing the candidate pre-employment and background screening Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment Works independently as well as in a team environment Ability to travel if needed for job fairs Maintains a high degree of professionalism - can interface with all levels of the organization as a primary point of contact for Human Resources Employment team Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, corporate and client communications, etc. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives and candidates DUTIES: The Recruiter/Sourcer will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, including exempt, non-exempt, cleared, and specialized professionals. This role requires experience sourcing for both DoD and federal civilian contracts at military installations and federal sites worldwide. Working closely with the Senior Recruiting Manager and other internal clients, building trusted relationships to ensure hiring expectations are met while maintaining compliance with federal contracting requirements. Sourcing and recruiting of candidates in the government contracting field, to include a variety of skill sets and functional areas such as protective services, facilities maintenance, logistics, IT etc. Conduct brief screening calls to confirm interest, availability and salary expectations. Present qualified candidates with notes to the senior recruiting manager for next steps. Maintain accurate candidate records in the company applicant tracking system, i.e., iCIMS to ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against the appropriate criteria. Ensure timeliness of the recruitment process. Assist with scheduling of interviews. Assist in tracking offer letter acceptances and form completion. Assist in tracking of background check completion. Will take positive steps to support and promote the recruitment, retention and development programs for Native Alaskan shareholders.
