Our client's stores serve hundreds of millions of customers every week. TheFinancial Services & Payments team creates great customer moments for managing and transacting for customers in all omni-channel experiences, ensuring that the customer has a fast, easy, and friction free experience to finalize the shopping journey. We work across multiple disciplines where UX, Process design, Industrial design, and Service design, all come together to create a complete and wholistic experience. We are looking for a creative and talented Principal UX Product Designer who can think across multiple disciplines to create wholistic workflows. We use imagination, logic, and collaborative workshopping to generate new ideas, we utilize cutting edge technology paired with proven standards to change how our stores work. We prototype innovations in our test labs and partner with research to rapidly iterate designs live in one of our 4000+ stores.If you are a hands-on problem solver, who can work with multiple stakeholders, can turn limitations into opportunities, and can lead the team in setting a future vision then this may be the role for you.

• You're a strong communicator and storyteller able to clearly articulate design rationale and influence decision-making with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Degreein Industrial Design, DigitalDesign,HCI,Information Architecture,or similar and7+ years of experience in product design.
• A fantastic portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
