The Role

This Sr Director, Accelerated Growth & Value leads the end-to-end delivery of the Connected Ecosystem journey for existing products and services at scale. The role is accountable for orchestrating executive engagement, resource planning, and cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, and sales. The role ensures that strategic opportunities move seamlessly from vision to validated delivery, driving measurable impact and scalable growth.

Location

This is a Hybrid position with expectations of being in the Lumen office located at 10401NE 8th Street Bellevue Washington 98004 an estimated 2 to 3 times weekly.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Define and execute commercial growth strategies aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Coordinate executive engagement efforts, partnering with CEO/C-Suite, SVP Connected Ecosystem, and Strategic Account Executives to shape customer vision and value.
  • Drive customer-centric innovation through direct engagement and feedback loops
  • Manage a high-impact team including:
              • Innovation Executive
              • Principal Innovation Enterprise Architect
              • Value Realization Analyst
              • Industry and Strategic Specialist
              • Collaborate with Field CTOs, Solution Architects, and Service Design leads to ensure scalable delivery.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of leadership experience in commercial strategy and customer engagement.
  • Passion for tech intensity which might include cloud & edge infrastructure, Network as a Service, Security Services, and/or Services design and validation.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams in complex environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
  • Track record of driving measurable value through ecosystem partnerships and innovation.
  • Comfort engaging with senior executives and navigating multi-phase sales cycles
  • Bachelors Degree in a realted field or Equivalent years of expereince
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Range

$188,592 - $251,456 in these states: WA
