JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the production of windshield washer fluid and other related products manufactured at the plant. This position is also responsible for the safe, efficient and quality of the products.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ensure correct materials and amounts of materials are being used in the production of final product. (Product mixer)
  • Operate equipment to handle products and ensure that ship dates are met.
  • Create and close work orders accurately & timely to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times. Complies with all company policies & procedures including but not limited to attendance & appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work station and surrounding areas.
  • Responsible for the integrity of the raw materials at month end inventory counts
  • Ability to work with all areas of the plant.
  • Accurately complete written documentation of products made and quality measurements.
  • Ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ability to visually inspect product.
  • Assist other team members and duties as needed.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



  • 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Simple math performed and computer/tablet skills


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse setting around machinery. Physical essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: alternative standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and walking around facility. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to consistently work in extreme temperatures.
