Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Cloud Manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes through the effective implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions, in a Cloud Hybrid model (where Cloud products interact with WMS inside Oracle EBS). This position involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into robust system solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within our manufacturing operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Lead and support Oracle Cloud Manufacturing implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze manufacturing process requirements.
  • Design, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules (e.g., Inventory, WIP, Planning, Costing) to meet business needs.
  • Develop functional and technical design specifications for system integrations, reports, customizations, and extensions.
  • Work closely with the RapidResponse supply chain planning team, to ensure smooth integration of planned work orders into the manufacturing system.
  • Coordinate ongoing integration of Bills of Material and Part-Number data from the Masimo PLM (currently Oracle Agile 9.3) into Oracle Cloud Manufacturing
  • Lead and perform system testing, including functional and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Create and deliver end-user training and documentation, ensuring smooth system adoption and optimal utilization.
  • Provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes to ensure system stability and resolve problems.
  • Working closely other Business System Analysts in IT, ensure that Product and Vendor metadata is accurate, and support data migration and validation
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external service providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud Manufacturing updates and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.


Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Manufacturing.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules, with any MES experience (whether Oracle or other software) a definite plus.
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Manufacturing, with any experience integrating Cloud Manufacturing with EBS Warehouse Management a huge plus.
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with other Oracle cloud modules like Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Finance, and (EBS) Warehouse Management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum development environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, supporting multiple internal customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Familiarity with the EBS version of WMS
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Costing, Order Management, WMS/LogFire).
  • Experience with reporting tools such as MS Power BI, OTBI, BI Publisher, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for order management and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with integrating Oracle Cloud Order Management to other systems (e.g. RapidResponse, Salesforce, PLM systems, etc.)


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may also be considered.

Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
