Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist specializing in data entry. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing orders and providing timely support to internal teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your data entry and analytical skills to directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the operational efficiency of a world-renowned brand.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries from the customer service team, account managers, and internal partners via email and phone.
• Ensuring accurate order entry and management to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Proactively identifying and resolving order-related issues through problem-solving and collaboration.
• Escalating complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and order status.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of SAP/CRP Knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (medium to high understanding)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerPoint
• Business Intelligence (BI) System experience
• Order Book management experience
• Experience in a digital marketplace

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20.28 to $22.54 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
