Product Manager - Retail Product Lines

Become a key player in shaping the future of retail apparel as a Product Manager with a global industry leader, partnering with Aquent. You will support all aspects of the product creation process for apparel, collaborating with talented teams to bring innovative products to market. Your expertise in product management and passion for consumer trends will be instrumental in driving revenue and delighting customers.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Sourcing, and Development, to manage the lifecycle of apparel products from concept to consumer. You will be a vital link between design, production, and sales, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product strategy, analyze market trends, and contribute to the success of a globally recognized brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end product creation process for apparel, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer and competitive trends to identify product opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Partner with Merchandising and Sourcing teams to ensure product feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee product development timelines and ensure adherence to key milestones.
• Maintain accurate product information in key systems and manage product samples.
• Conduct and participate in meetings, providing clear communication and guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product performance data and provide insights to improve future product offerings.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a product-related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple product creation timelines concurrently.
• Strong understanding of consumer trends and sport preferences.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working with global teams.
• Knowledge of apparel production processes.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management software.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.20 to $48.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
