The FSR will provide advanced technical, operational, and training support for the Network On-The-Move (NOTM) Family of Systems (FoS), ensuring commanders and Marines maintain resilient, secure connectivity during exercises, deployments, and real-world missions.

Responsibilities

The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.

Provide fielding, post-fielding, and training support for all NOTM GCV and Airborne platforms at I MEF, including JLTV, ACV-C, ULTV, KC-130J, and MV-22 integrations
  • Support New Equipment Training (NET) and sustainment training using EMC2 IPT-approved materials; reinforce "Train-the-Trainer" methodology to enable long-term organic sustainment by the units
  • Perform Tier-2 troubleshooting, LRU fault isolation, and replacement when dispatched via the MCTSSA helpdesk, ensuring all actions are documented in tickets and reports.
  • Provide over-the-shoulder, instructive support to Marines during troubleshooting and sustainment activities.
  • Assist with exercise and test event support, ensuring system readiness, technical operation, and fault isolation during live events.
  • Maintain and update system-level configuration and readiness data for all supported EMC2 systems at I MEF.
  • Interface with unit leadership, trainers, and operators to support integration, training, and sustainment of NOTM systems.
  • Ensure timely response to helpdesk tickets: within 8 hours for standard requests and within 4 hours for mission-critical issues

Additional Internal Corporate Duties: In addition to direct client-facing responsibilities, the FSR III will also play a critical role in supporting Nakupuna's internal mission and growth objectives by:

  • Client Interface & Advocacy: Serve as the "eyes and ears" for Nakupuna at I MEF by documenting Marine Corps challenges, emerging requirements, and operational trends that may create opportunities for future solutions and services.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Reporting: Provide internal updates on system performance, user feedback, and recurring issues to Nakupuna leadership, enabling proactive responses to client needs and ensuring lessons learned are captured across all MEFs.
  • Growth Enablement: Identify and communicate potential new growth opportunities (technical enhancements, training gaps, sustainment support) that can shape future proposals, task order expansions, or service innovations.
  • Value Demonstration: Collect data, success stories, and performance outcomes to support CPARS, monthly program reviews, and Nakupuna corporate communications - highlighting the impact of NOTM systems on mission readiness.
  • Collaboration with Shared Services: Partner with Nakupuna's engineering, business development, contracts, and communications teams to refine capabilities briefings, deliverables, and internal processes that strengthen our position as a trusted small business supporting the Marine Corps.
  • Mission Alignment: Actively represent Nakupuna's values and culture while embedded with the customer, reinforcing our company's reputation for passion, honesty, teamwork, and impact.
