Warranty Technician. Troubleshoot, investigate, identify root cause of train trouble. Address issue whether it's client, supplier or Alstom repair required. Properly and completely fill out appropriate documentation. Interact with suppliers as necessary for supplier warranty issues. This job will require technicians to download and intrepret component logs.
Technician may also be required to assist with materials team for logistical site support (Inventory, warranty claims, etc.)

Technician will be required to assist Engineering in resolution of Technical Issues (TI)

Salary Range $28.85 USD - $42.30 USD per hour
