Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth execution of banquets, ensuring all aspects of the event are flawlessly coordinated. Lead and train banquet servers, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to our high standards. Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely and flawless delivery of all food and beverage items. Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any requests or issues that may arise during the event. Maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, ensuring all banquets run smoothly and efficiently. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues. Requirements: Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar leadership role is required. A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and creating extraordinary experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our events may take place during those times.
