Leadership Development Consultant/Assessor

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help LHH deliver quality assessment solutions in North America. As a member of the associate assessor team, you will be accountable for delivering assessment solutions for our clients and partnering with LHH team members to ensure high quality work and client satisfaction. This is a variable / part time role with flexible hours (project dependent).

In this role you can expect to

Major Responsibilities

• Write and debrief assessment reports, advise on development plans, and participate in related assessment delivery activities
• Partner with consulting colleagues as a subject matter expert (assessment, succession and talent/leadership development) to deliver solutions for clients
• Manage assignments in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to build strong relationships and confidently influence internal and external stakeholders

• Master's Degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or Business
• Coaching experience and an ICF designation are an asset

• Compensation: $150 - $175 per hour

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
