This support includes financial analysis; budgeting, planning, and forecasting; monitoring, controlling, and accounting; operational performance reporting and analysis; and strategic planning and analysis. These services are critical to achieving the company's strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Client Organization The Business Finance team provides critical financial support to the core organizational units of PG&E. Position Summary The Business Finance Analyst will be responsible for working with various directors and managers within a functional area partner organizationon abusiness decision support basis, to assist them with their budget, planning and other finance and accounting needs. You will work closely with the Business Finance Extended Leadership team to define and achieve the team's strategic objectives. You will have good verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, a background in finance or accounting, and poised in working with various levels of co-workers. You will demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills, initiative and enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills. You will integrate with the business organization to influence and drive cross team collaboration. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and the Oakland General Office in-person 2-3 days per week, on average or based on business needs or company requirements. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.The decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
