Hours & Pay

Pay: Commission-based, 22% of gross profit (earning potential $50,000 - $150,000 annually)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (minimum 45 hours/week); Saturdays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on rotation

What You'll Do

• Manage warehouse and administrative operations to maximize branch productivity and profitability.
• Oversee the movement of products into and out of inventory.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees in partnership with Human Resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
• Lead by example with strong communication, planning, and scheduling skills.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in business or operations management, preferably in the electrical distribution industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer applications.
• Ability to foster teamwork and support employees in achieving goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, maneuver in small spaces, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
