Logistics & Delivery Associate

• Drive 350 and 550 flatbed trucks within an 80-mile radius of West Monroe
• Operate scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks in the warehouse
• Pick, pack, receive, and ship products efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Follow all safety procedures; maintain constant awareness in a safety-sensitive environment

• High school diploma or GED; warehouse/distribution experience preferred
• Able to read orders, perform basic math, and operate inventory tools (barcode scanners, handheld devices)
• Power-truck certification or ability to obtain; CDL/health permit preferred
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
• Physically able: lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, tolerate warehouse temperatures, occasional ladder climbing, and meet vision requirements
