Schedule: 10:30pm - 6:30am, Monday - Friday

Pay: $27.60/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment, performing daily/weekly preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain raw material feeds, monitor processes through HMIs, and ensure timely, accurate production runs.
  • Inspect equipment, perform repairs, and generate work orders for corrective/preventive actions.
  • Use measuring tools and computer systems to support inventory, quality, and process control.
  • Participate in process development, validations, and new product transfers.
  • Investigate and resolve equipment/process issues while ensuring compliance with GMPs and safety standards.
  • Accurately follow specifications, SOPs, and supervisor instructions for production, material handling, packaging, and shipping.
  • Collaborate in teams to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience (medical device experience preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in automated equipment setup, debugging, and maintenance.
  • Proficiency with HMIs and measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical systems, video microscopes).
  • Familiarity with cleanroom production, robotics, and assembly processes (laser welding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding a plus).
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and process improvement methods.
  • Solid math skills (basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry) and problem-solving ability using root cause analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, communication) and comfortable in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
