Frozen Production Scheduler - 1st Shift

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for scheduling of production lines.
• Arrange production schedule that ensures maximum output with minimal time.
• Utilize SAP system to auto-generate manufacturing work orders.
• Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements.
• Analyze daily orders, look at usage, to ensure enough product/material to fill orders.
• Review stock inventory to determine quantity of production and type of product needed to meet daily shipping demands.
• Review finished goods inventory to analyze needs against demand.
• Coordinate and/or monitor the flow of products through the complete production cycle.
• Coordinate between Warehouses, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales on material shortages.
• Communicate daily with Frozen Warehouse Manager to report any problem areas.
• Communicate with Traffic Department to assist in assigning equipment.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related course work a plus.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in warehouse, production, labeling, and/or packaging preferred.
• Great attendance and reliability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
