Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for A team lead to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain a good work climate through training, safety awareness, goal setting, process improvement, quality standards, productions standards, performance management, and individual and department development.

• Interact with internal and external customers and suppliers when necessary to ensure positive relationships.

• Oversee the performance of department employees, and evaluate and recommend training and development needs.

• Ensuring machine workflow is steady and prepared for the bindery department.

Your Shift: 3:00pm -11:30pm, Monday - Friday

You Must Have:

• Basic computer skills (open, close, print a file)

• Team player and self-motivated

• Highly detailed oriented- quality focus driven

• Can handle complex issues and know how to resolve them (problem solver)

• Must have basic measuring skills- able to read a ruler and other measurement devices

• Must have basic problem solving skills

• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket

• Be able to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule

We Would alsoPrefer:

• Prior experience within the print industry/face paced high production environment

• High School Diploma or GED

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
