Loan Operations Specialist I

Position: Loan Imaging Specialist

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for imaging documents received daily into Enterprise Image software using commercial scanning equipment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Image documentation into Nettrax

Perform quality control checks on scanned documents

Cross training to back up other areas in Document Operations, such as deposit, loan, mortgage, and credit card documentation.

Cross train on Electronic Image Indexing

Job Specifications:

One year of loan document experience, familiar with NetTrax application, and tenure with Cadence Bank preferred

Good Communication skills

Good Computer skills

The ability to work under tight deadlines

The ability to coordinate workflow duties

Good Attendance record
