Stores and retrieves medical records for release purposes, transcription purposes, researches patient master files, maintains copy of charts, and performs routine clerical duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• Ability to file documents in alphabetical and numerical order.
• One (1) year experience in clerical duties.
• Good communications skills.
