Role Overview
* We're seeking a dedicated IT Operations Support Specialist to join a high-performing technical team focused on systems monitoring and service desk support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly.
