POSITION SUMMARY

The Ski Valet Attendant is a front-line position responsible for storing and distributing members' skis, snowboards and snowshoes. The Ski Valet Attendant is expected to provide exceptional guest service to all members and maintain member locker room and restroom facilities. This a part-time seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Greet guest upon arrival
  • Retrieve snow sport equipment as requested by member using database and place in designated outside rack
  • Answer telephone calls, emails and communicate with members, guests and ski shops
  • Organize Wintersteiger ski rack system and ski storage system for members
  • Update and conduct daily inventory of all member equipment stored in ski valet
  • Facilitate member tuning requests as needed
  • Provide knowledge and information about early access, ski report and snow conditions
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or actively pursuing

Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 16+ years of age
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Maintaining a courteous, friendly and professional team environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position will be required to work weekends and holidays.
