Description Job Title: Regulatory Compliance CoordinatorLocation-19 Chapin Road Building D Pine Brook NJTop 3 skill sets: Regulatory compliance summation report preparation and analytical skillsJob Hours-Monday-Friday 9-5 Open to remote candidates Title: Regulatory Compliance Coordinator 1. Assists federal/state agency environmental certification registration and compliance reporting activity2. Assists in the facilitation of product registration or reporting activities including Packaging EPR Chemicals e-waste and energy related subjects. 3. Assist to conduct internal audit benchmarking and data requests4. Process vendor invoices related to environmental compliance e-waste product certification etc. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience supporting regulatory finance marketing sales or other operational departments. Candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in a related discipline preferred.Regulatory Environmental Chemistry Engineering Skills : - Strong communication and organization skills. - Ability to summarize new content concisely. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements. - Must have Strong computer skills with the ability to work within internal and external IT systems Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite strong Excel skills is a must. Experience with MS SharePoint is a plus. - Ability to conduct online research on new topics. - The ability to meet deadlines and organize multiple competing tasks. - Strong desire to learn and develop Additional Skills & Qualifications Notes from Intake Call: Will take someone right outofschool or up to 2 years of experience Bachelors required Strong Excel skills Good communication/Organizational skills 2 rounds of virtual interviews Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
