Job Description * Responsible for definition and management of the requirements for Initiative and BAU work within an Agile framework; * Working closely with the Product Manager(s) and other business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, identify and document requirements, and continually prioritize the team's backlog to meet tight deadlines; * Working closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional design/solutions are translated accurately into technical solutions, test plans and scripts that serve customer needs; * Collaborating with multiple teams to drive to common understanding of functionality and requirements, to maintain focus on the delivery, and ensure meeting the business goals * Serve as the Product Owner for the application functional area and liaison between business partners and the technical teams. *Skills* Agile, Product management, Agile transformation, Jira, user stories *Top Skills Details* Agile, Product management, Agile transformation, Jira, user stories *Additional Skills & Qualifications* USDC - Charlotte Only 55/hr max 36 Month Contract Manager - Rachel Crane *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
