What this job involves:

As an Integrated Facilities Management Lead at JLL, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive facilities management services across a Global Real Estate & Facilities portfolio consisting of 200+ locations across AMER totaling approximately 32 million square feet. This strategic leadership role requires you to manage Grade A office spaces, research and development sites, laboratory environments, and specialty spaces while developing high-performing teams that deliver exceptional building operations to meet GREF customer needs. You'll manage day-to-day client relationships, anticipate client needs, and deliver results that outperform key performance indicators within contract requirements while maintaining a frugal mindset and ensuring efficient, timely service delivery. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Oversee comprehensive facilities services including custodial operations, maintenance and repair programs, property management liaison, refuse removal, safety programs, UPS and generator operations, pest services, and utilities management
  • Manage occupant services encompassing associate moves, on-site beverage and food operations, storage solutions, crisis management, event coordination, and specialized point-of-contact services
  • Coordinate administrative services including satellite/cable TV, multi-purpose room setup, document management, copier/printing services, taxi services, company vehicle programs, and mobile phone administration
  • Ensure EOSH (Environmental Health & Occupational Safety) and security services compliance including safety preparedness, equipment management, security access systems, badging, and CCTV operations
  • Manage vendor contract performance, purchase orders, invoices, monthly budget management, rolling estimates, business plan input, and business continuity planning
  • Provide oversight of major facilities issues and landlord relationships while supporting planning and management of capital and operating expenses for facilities-related projects
  • Drive regulatory compliance across the entire portfolio while making complex decisions using in-depth understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis
  • Minimum 10 years of facilities experience in corporate, third-party service provider, or consulting environments
  • Proven record of success managing multiple sites with superior client and customer relationship management skills
  • Working knowledge of building codes, legal concepts, contract preparation, and experience with production facilities, warehousing, and office locations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and design drawings with detailed knowledge of HVAC and building life safety systems
  • Superior financial skills with budgeting and forecasting experience, including preparation of annual and long-term business plans
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills with ability to influence others and achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with strong implementation and change management understanding
  • Detailed knowledge of power redundancy through generators and UPS systems, including interaction between building and furniture systems
  • Experience with commercial construction, engineering, and interior design concepts
  • Background in supplier governance and performance management within facilities operations
  • Understanding of outsourcing business fundamentals and real estate industry dynamics
  • Experience with multi-functional team management and collaborative leadership approaches.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

218,300.00 - 316,500.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
