General Summary of Position: Reporting to the Facilities Information Systems Manager, the Facilities Space Information Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of campus space data across all university facilities. The position's primary responsibility is to manage the space inventory system, coordinate and lead periodic space audits across all campus buildings, and serve as a point of contact for departments verifying their space records. This role also supports collaboration with campus stakeholders and assists in resolving space-related discrepancies. While not required, experience with records management systems and GIS is a valuable plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
