The Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Divisional Lead will be responsible to lead and manage programs and personnel. This position will ensure implementation and administration of standardized WHS processes through the Stellantis Production Way (SPW) to effect compliance with federal, state and local regulations and corporate wellbeing, safety, health and ergonomic policies and requirements. This position will provide direction and support to achieve world class status and impact corporate performance through the elimination of occupational injuries/illnesses, facility/property damage and improvement of production efficiency as well as safeguarding the health and safety of all division employees.

Responsibilities include:



  • Lead Wellbeing, Health, and Safety Initiatives by implementing processes to enhance key performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, provincial, local regulations, and corporate policies at all sites
  • Support WHS Domain Implementation
  • Direct and implement assessments and programs to address training needs across the division
  • Conduct audits of WHS processes and ensure compliance through necessary follow-ups.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of ergonomic processes.
  • Coordinate communication of WHS regulatory activities with plant and corporate leadership.
  • Direct the implementation and sustainment of E2HS

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 +years environmental, health and safety, or engineering experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of federal, state and local environmental and OSHA regulations and requirements and documented successful execution of compliance programs
  • Ability to teach, coach and mentor employees to achieve required objectives through WCM implementation
  • Proven record of strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willingness to work across shifts and additional hours as required
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and union employees
  • Computer literacy including proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
