The Minneapolis PDC Plant Manager is responsible for all warehouse operational activities, hourly represented and salaried personnel, fixed assets, financial audit control, parts inventory, and customer satisfaction to nearly 216 Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT and Stellantis US dealerships that receive daily deliveries. The PDC complex staff consists of four (4) salaried employees, and 40 UAW hourly represented personnel. The Minneapolis facility has 120,00 square feet of warehouse space. This fast-paced role will champion team building and use exceptional leadership skills to achieve PDC metrics, utilizing the Stellantis Parts Distribution System (SPDS) methodology. The candidate needs to have a thorough knowledge of operational processes for warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and packaging. This candidate needs to be able to relate the vision of the plant to all levels of the organization. This candidate must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels and to customers - both internal and external. We're looking for someone who can relate to, and address customer needs and problems in accordance with the Company business process, interface with dealers and business centers daily, and adapt to unexpected events and changing requirements.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related degree
  • 8+ years of experience in managerial/supervisory experience in a distribution warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems and Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Experience managing day to day operations within a union environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan
  • Ability to develop analysis to improve on current standard processes
  • Driven to seek solutions to improved performances
  • Possess a high sense of urgency to the customer and plant KPI's
  • Must be willing to work extended weekday hours and weekends across day/evening shifts, as required
  • Must be willing to relocate
