OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and process-driven Operations Manager to lead the design and optimization of our end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes as we implement SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing. This Operations Manager - Procure to Pay Technology role will be instrumental in defining buying channels, streamlining workflows, and driving automation and efficiencies across our procurement landscape. As part of a transformative initiative, this Operations Manager - Procure to Pay Technology position will also support data centralization and cleansing efforts, laying the foundation for future innovation through AI and advanced analytics. ResponsibilitiesLead the definition and design of end-to-end procurement processes within SAP Ariba Buying & InvoicingCollaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement teams to align system capabilities with business needsDevelop and implement optimized buying channels that support automation, compliance, and cost savingsServe as the business process authority during configuration, testing, and deployment phasesPartner with data teams to support cleansing and centralization of procurement and supplier dataIdentify and document process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementEstablish and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materialsSupport change management efforts by engaging stakeholders and driving adoption of new processesMonitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes to align with evolving business prioritiesEmbody our culture and values | |
