DOT Compliance Coordinator

Louisville, KY - Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator to support DOT compliance efforts. This role involves contacting previous employers to obtain fax numbers or email addresses for sending Safety Performance History Requests, tracking responses, and ensuring each applicant meets DOT verification requirements. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the compliance specialist to resolve any gaps or outstanding documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Familiarity with DOT compliance processes and regulations

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple verification requests simultaneously

Organized and comfortable working independently and within a team
