Right now, we're hiring a Grinding Operator in Rogers, AR, for a respected local manufacturer offering stability, growth, and a team-oriented environment. Schedules Available: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri (overtime often going in at 5:00am and working an occasional Saturday) \| $18.50/hr. 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mon - Fri (overtime often staying until 1:30am) \| $18.80/hr. Key Responsibilities: Measure raw materials and perform in-process quality audits during production runs. Operate, set up, and troubleshoot centerless grinders, infeed robot cells, and chamfer robot cells to meet specifications. Follow grind line procedures to ensure proper system operation. Read and interpret blueprints, resolving quality-related issues. Identify, separate, and document nonconforming products in the reporting system. Maintain daily housekeeping and perform routine machine maintenance. Qualified candidates will have one year of machine operator experience in an industrial/production environment.
