Network Health's success is rooted in its mission to create healthy and strong Wisconsin communities. Network Health is seeking a Paralegal & Contract Specialist to join our Legal team. This position will identify legal and regulatory risk issues, manage the legal mailbox and incoming mail, prepare and review documents and reports including contracts, communications, policies, and position statements, as assigned. The Paralegal & Contract Specialist is a key component of the contracting process and is responsible for helping business owners navigate the process from start to finish. This includes: helping business owners find the correct contract document to use (e.g. MSA, BAA, SOW), routing documents to the Assistant General Counsel or their designee for review, returning redlines back to the business owner, preparing documents for final legal review, and storing executed contract in Network Health's contract management system. The Paralegal & Contract Specialist will work with a variety of cross- functional teams within the organization and will actively support building relationships with clinical operations and support services alike. Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model. Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Job Responsibilities:
