Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a leader to manage one of our largest global CPG accounts. Our client service teams are best-in-class: hands-on, technically sharp, and trusted by our clients to handle their media spend with care. This means we need a leader that will deeply understand our product suite, with the experience to help the team provide an even better experience for our partners.

What you'll do:



  • Lead The Trade Desk's relationships with one of our major global clients, advising senior leadership on strategic vision, product roadmap, and translating that to technical execution.


  • Lead The Trade Desk Client Service teams that specialize in working with global brands, driving organic growth and application of TTD features and platform benefits.


  • Deeply understand TTD's products, coaching the team on best practices in terms of how to uplevel our consultative approach in service of the business's broader strategy.


  • Establish a presence with one of our largester clients and collaborate with the Global Advertiser team on upstream client activity.


  • Advocate internally with senior cross-functional stakeholders for clients' product needs.


  • Thoughtfully identify future leaders of the business and grow talent on the team by developing the strengths of individuals for the next level of their careers.


  • Manage for team bandwidth, delivering a high-level of account support and reporting progress against goals to management.


Who you are:



  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience, with programmatic experience in account management.


  • Knowledgeable with programmatic media buying, strong understanding of media strategy and execution. Experience with measurement, optimization and performance for CPG advertisers.


  • Experience building custom solutions to drive revenue growth.


  • Client side, Agency or Adtech experience is relevant.


  • Successful track record leading and collaborating with large teams.


  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams.

CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, and Washington DC residents only: In accordance with CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, and Washington DC law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is
$198,300 $363,600 USD
