Our award-winning property is a contemporary, all-suite hotel in the heart of downtown Rockford. With 160 riverfront suites, on-site restaurants, a fitness center, and more, we deliver top-tier hospitality in a vibrant setting.
What You'll Do:
- Make guest rooms shine-clean, fresh, and ready for every arrival
- Restock linens, towels, and amenities so guests feel cared for
- Check rooms carefully for quality, comfort, and presentation
- Keep your supply cart neat and fully stocked
- Assist the laundry team with washing and folding as needed
What We're Looking For:
- An eye for detail and a love of keeping things clean
- Dependable, positive team players
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (a plus, not required!)
- Friendly and professional with guests and coworkers
- Availability to work weekends
