The Training Facilitator role will lead our organization by developing and deploying the Milwaukee training program vision and assisting with the creation of meaningful development plans for our Operations associates. The Training Facilitator plays a crucial role in fostering a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, which directly contributes to the overall success and productivity of the organization. By providing employees with the necessary training and development opportunities, the Training Facilitator helps enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

    Expand and deploy training program vision to ensure all associates have the skills necessary for success in the current positions and development plans created to promote growth and succession.
  • Ensure consistency in training is delivered, documented and sustained by utilizing standardized content, certified training personnel and structured business systems.
  • Hands-on leader that brings together teams to understand and prioritize training needs, develop curriculum and execute training activities.
  • Create a business system for tracking both training required and completed for all Operations' associates.
  • Build strong and diverse teams by developing course offerings and an internal library for leadership, soft skills and professional development.
  • Regularly communicate upcoming training sessions, training requirements and new additions to library.
  • Propose an incentive program and qualification requirements for individuals willing to train others.
  • Review and assist with improvement of job descriptions for all MKE Operations' roles.
  • Assist with creation/revisions of standard work documentation and ensure adequate training of changes.
  • Align with key stakeholders to create innovative solutions and execution plans to drive completion of training activities with urgency.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with Strattec leadership team and union leadership.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of the latest training trends and best practices to ensure the organization's training initiatives remain relevant and effective.
  • Direct union team members to ensure compliance in all training requirements.


Qualifications

High School Dipoloma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 1 year of training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design preferred.

Knowledge of learning management systems and competency assessment preferred.
