Dialysis Tech - Outpatient Hemodialysis

Requirements: - Certificate from college or technical school or related experience - Must pass color blind testing to work in Dialysis (Ishihara test). - Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Tech required within 18 months of hire through the NNCC or BONET. - BLS/CPR required within 90 days Special Physical Demands The Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands or arms, talk or hear, and use hands to handle, finger, and feel. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, kneel, crawl, stoop, crouch, and taste or smell. The employee must be able to assist transferring and ambulating patients. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 500 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. |
