Job Summary: We're looking for upbeat, energetic team players to bring the fun to our card tables! As the face of the action, you'll keep the games running smoothly, the payouts accurate, and the vibes high. You'll set the pace, keep the energy buzzing, and make sure every guest feels like they're part of something exciting. This role is all about teamwork, quick thinking, and creating those "I can't wait to come back!" moments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead by example.
• Responsible for maintaining a high degree of hospitality, as well as a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Creates high levels of morale, fosters teamwork, inspires collaboration, and provides suggestions for growth to management.
• Check in with Pit Manager ready to work at assigned start time
• Responsible for correct payouts, transactions and collection
• Begin dealer rotation in complete uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.
• Enter box, give and receive any information about games with outgoing dealer.
• Run the game at an efficient pace.
• Call Floor Person for any problems or decisions.
• Cooperate with all floor personnel.
• Provide a friendly, congenial, harmonious atmosphere for customers to enjoy themselves.
• Be compliant with BSA standards, company policies, and report and suspicious activity to your supervisor.
• Do whatever is necessary to maintain the appearance of the card club.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, trustworthy, pleasant personality, able to handle pressure and difficult situations.
