Carpenter

• Construct and repair walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, and other structures in commercial/industrial settings.
• Perform framing (metal stud/wood), drywall hanging/finishing, and acoustical ceiling installation.
• Install doors, frames, hardware, cabinets, casework, countertops, and windows.
• Lay flooring (VCT, carpet tile) and install window treatments (shades, blinds).
• Assemble and install specialty items (lockers, benches, partitions, toilet accessories).
• Complete trim work (baseboards, crown molding, chair rails, door trim) and modular furniture systems.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and travel up to 15% of the time.

• High school diploma or GED required; 4-6 years of commercial/residential construction experience.
• Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, safety policies, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in reading tape measures, performing basic math, and preparing accurate cuts.
• Able to write reports, present information, and work professionally in occupied spaces with customers.
• Valid driver's license required.
