Hours & Pay

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: Rotating 12-hour schedule, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Training: Must be available for 2-4 weeks of day shift training (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

What You'll Do Daily



  • Operate extrusion equipment to manufacture roll stock film for food packaging.
  • Set machines to Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) using the Human Machine Interface (HMI).
  • Safely stop and restart equipment during normal and emergencies.
  • Perform winder functions, tension adjustments, and bubble pulls to maintain product quality.
  • Handle line start-up, shutdown, purging extruders, and screen pack changes.
  • Operate and clean blenders, treaters, extruders, and other related equipment.
  • Ensure quality control of parts and finished goods according to production specifications.
  • Follow all SOPs to maintain a safe and efficient production line.
  • Lift and move materials (20-40 lbs.) throughout a 12-hour shift.

What We're Looking For



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn extrusion processes.
  • Proficiency with computers for machine operation.
  • Must pass a math test.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during 12-hour shifts.
