What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be data entry and check processing using specialized equipment and systems. Depending on the team assignment (Retail or Wholesale), your day may include: * Digital Check Verification: Manually enter check details-deposit amounts, names, dates-into internal systems. * Mail Sorting: Organize bulk mail deliveries and route them to the correct staging areas. * Wholesale Lockbox: Open incoming mail and enter high-value check data using 10-key entry. * Retail Lockbox: Use OPEX Eagle or Falcon machines to open high-volume, lower-value envelopes efficiently. Required Experience Hands-on experience with OPEX Eagle or OPEX Falcon machines 10-key data entry proficiency Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What You Bring * 1+ year of experience in retail banking, lockbox operations, or financial data entry. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Bonus Skills * Experience with financial regulations and internal policies. * Prior work in a mailroom or check processing environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
