Job Summary
Under direct supervision, will assist with the planning and coordinating of the daily administrative and operational activities of a defined, funded program or set of funded activities. Provide administrative support in the development, implementation, administration and/or marketing of program/project function; serve as principal liaison between students, faculty, staff, other departments and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, administrative and/or fiscal issues. May coordinate activities of a support staff, consultants and/or volunteers engaged in implementation and administration of program objectives; other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
In addition to minimum qualifications, the ideal candidate should also possess intermediate knowledge of PeopleSoft, TEAMS, and University Purchasing and One Card Policies.
Other Qualifications
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Processing of One Card Payment Journals Monthly for all university One Card expenses
* Maintenance of all One Card functions and pages
* Monthly training for campus users
* Maintaining all training and reference documents for accuracy
* Processing of Business Reimbursements via PeopleSoft Expense Module
* Customer service to campus user community via shared inbox, TEAMS, etc...
* Improvement of existing forms and processes
