As the largest privately held bank in Illinois, we now have over 60 locations and assets of $5+ billion. We are a community bank at heart with international expertise, traditional values, and a forward-looking philosophy. Our employees have the experience and vision to meet the needs of savers, borrowers, and businesses in the 21st century. This six-month training program focuses on credit underwriting and the Commercial Department's relationship to other areas of the bank. During the program, trainees are assessed on skills and abilities such as communication, drive for results, and professionalism by completing trainings, team rotations, and assigned tasks and presentations. Upon successful completion of the program, the employee will be placed on a team within the Commercial Department. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Participate in and successfully complete assigned trainings during the program, which include projects and team rotations within the Commercial Department.

- Maintain credibility through professional demeanor, appearance, and presence by modeling standards appropriate to our environment and industry.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal partners by exhibiting exemplary interpersonal skills, adopting a constructive, solutions-focused approach.
